Return For a Refund


If you are wanting to return the product for a refund please consider the following

  1. We don’t want used blades back! (If we receive used blade(s) back we will not refund you.) Please feel free to contact us for support.
  2. If the weld broke let us know by contacting us and we will take care of it.
  3. If you are needing a different blade use our Exchange Request.
  4. If you just do not need the blade anymore and its not used proceed with the refund request.

Start a Return

  1. Coil your band saw blade properly. (YouTube)
  2. Package into the same or new packaging as received.

Re-stocking fees may apply up to 20% if returned improperly)

This WILL include the following,

  • Improper coiling of the band saw blade causing damage.
  • Poor packaging of the return causing damage.
  • Return product matches all details on website. (Depending on return)
