30-Day Return Policy: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly provide a refund, replacement, or an exchange. Once you receive your goods, please inspect them for any damage from transit. LA Cutting Products will take full responsibility on all bad welds and bad alignments. If you order the wrong item to save time for you and us contact us first.

Damage reporting requirements: Carefully examine your purchases upon delivery. If any visible or functional damage is noticed, delivery should be refused. By accepting delivery, you are acknowledging that the items have arrived in working order. You must report any damage (visual or functional), within 3 days of delivery to be eligible for a return. If these items are not reported within this time frame, the return may not be accepted. If a product arrives damaged or does not work properly when you receive it, we will repair it, replace it or offer a refund.
